A new record was set at Hofstra Law School this year as 87.6 percent of Hofstra students passed the New York bar exam. The overall pass rate of test takers in New York was 74.7 percent.
“The high bar pass rate reflects a student body and faculty dedicated to academic excellence,” Dean Demleitner said. “Hofstra Law graduates are not only intelligent and well-trained professionals, but their hard work and dedication allow them to make an impact in the legal profession and their communities.”
Dean Demleitner expects the pass rate to continue increasing for Hofstra students.
