Sure, rooting for the underdog has its advantages, but try 2,000 advantages. The Luvera Firm, in Seattle, Wash., wants to reward law students who are committed to being an advocate for the underdog. One student who is determined to preserve the vigorous civil justice system, and achieve justice for those who have been injured, will win a $2,000 scholarship.

“Our scholarship is designed to support a student who voices a similar commitment to injured people and to an honest, fair and strong civil justice system,” Robert Gellatly said, a partner at Luvera Law Firm and a renowned personal injury attorney in practice for 30 years.

But time is running out! Applicants must attend an accredited U.S. law school and submit the necessary forms and information by August 10. For more information or to find out if you qualify for the scholarship, click here.
