The Hague, Santa Clara University

The two-week academic program in The Hague will include study visits to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) as well as other ongoing tribunals. Students will have the opportunity to observe actual trial proceedings, witnessing criminal justice, trial advocacy, and comparative and international law in action.
