Western Michigan University Cooley Law School

Western Michigan University Cooley Law School

WMU-Cooley offers study abroad programs in four of the most beautiful places in the world. Live and study law in Oxford and Toronto during summer and “down under” during winter. Oxford, known as the city of dreaming spires because of the churches and university buildings, is near London. Toronto borders Lake Ontario, is Canada’s largest city and is vibrant with its diversity, dynamic from its professional sports teams and financial districts, and cultural with its theatre district and museums.

Leave the northern hemisphere and winter behind and enjoy summer in Australia and New Zealand. The semester program begins in Hamilton on New Zealand’s North Island in the Hamilton-Waikato region, “The Shire” for fans of the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit films.  The program finishes in Melbourne, Australia, one of the most liveable cities in world, cosmopolitan, and surrounded by natural beauty.
