It was a GOOD week for …
Marijuana lawyers, after the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law announced it would offer a course on “representing the marijuana client,” the first known course of its kind. Law professor Sam Kamin, an expert on marijuana regulation, will teach the course, which will cover the legal issues that arise when representing industry or government, and will involve work on the practical problems created by Colorado’s legalization of marijuana. Kamin said the course “sold out fast.” Kamin also teaches criminal and constitutional law.
