Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law has named Dexter Smith its new Assistant Dean of Admissions. Smith comes to the position from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Fla.
“We are thrilled to have Dexter Smith join Campbell Law as the leader of our admissions team,” Dean Melissa Essary said. “He is innovative and brings a proven track record in law school admissions to Campbell.”
Included in his track record is a four-year run as the Director of Admissions at Florida Coastal and a position as Assistant Director of Career Services at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. In his new position, he will be responsible for all aspects of outreach to prospective students and will lead three other admissions and financial aid professionals.
