Donna Coleman Gregg, former chief of the Federal Communications Commission’s Media Bureau, has been appointed director of the Columbus School of Law’s Institute for Communications Law Studies.
Gregg brings a remarkable record of communications policy, including her role as senior policy adviser within the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, and as former chief of the Federal Communications Commission’s Media Bureau. She is also a former trustee of the Federal Communications Bar Association Foundation and the recipient of the 2006 Touchstones of Leadership Award for Public Service, presented by the Women in Cable Communications.
“Professor Gregg has proven herself to be an exceptional educator and an inspiration to the students and alumni of one of the ‘crown jewels’ of the law school,” said Dean Veryl Miles. “I am confident that she will lead our communications law studies program to new heights, and help to train the next generation of leaders in this vitally important area of the law.”
