Nearly one month after Glen Weissenberger, former dean of the DePaul University College of Law, was fired from his position, 16 tenured professors at the law school have filed a complaint with the American Bar Association about his replacement.
In their complaint to the ABA, the professors argue that the university violated the ABA’s standards on law-school governance by not soliciting faculty input when hiring an interim dean.
Weissenberger said he was fired after reporting DePaul officials to the ABA for not complying with accreditation standards on revenue-sharing.
